Thanks, Barbs. What are some examples of what you use that cleaner for? It sounds like something I would like to use. I can’t believe that there are still door-to-door salesmen who come to sell expensive cleaning products! I had one come not too long ago. Yeh, I love the mop and like Holly said, it’s nice to have a clean broom so often. Thanks Holly, especially for telling me about the mops!

The other little hint that I was trying to think of was a fun way to keep little girl’s hair–oh, I don’t know what to call them–they aren’t scrunchies really just little soft ponytail holders. Anyway, you get a little stuffed animal–a giraffe is perfect–and you put all those colorful little “things” on his neck!

Another nice thing about the Chilean mop style is that it cleans your broom in the process, too.

All Purpose Cleaner is

2 tablespoons baking soda
1/2 quart warm water

Dissolve baking soda in warm water. Apply with a sponge. Rinse with clear water.

Loved the one you wrote about the mop. I have bought so many mops, and floor scrubbers and hate them all. This sounds so simple and easy to clean.
